Carmen Grossman is the Managing Director-Operations and Recruiting specializing in the placement of Partner, Counsel and Associate level attorneys.  Prior to joining Audrey Golden Associates, Carmen was a Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa focused on the associate practice and a recruiter at The Foster Group specializing in partner placement. Carmen has successfully placed candidates at AmLaw 200 and boutique law firms, as well as with in-house companies.

Utilizing strong client relationships and market knowledge, Carmen has successfully helped candidates navigate career options and make the best professional choices. Carmen is also responsible for hiring, training and managing new recruiters to continue to leverage AGA Legal’s client and candidate relationships to meet the demands of a challenging legal market.
