Audrey Golden Associates (“AGA”) understands the importance users of this website place on the confidentiality and privacy of the user’s personal and/or private information. Information Collection

AGA collects certain personally identifying information regarding a user to administer its placement services and related legal search consulting activities. AGA requires different information at different stages of the placement process. First, in order to initially register as a user and establish an account, AGA requires basic contact information and other placement related preference descriptions. Second, in order for a Candidate to submit information to an Employer (e.g., resume, transcripts, and/or similar information), or an Employer to reach out to a Candidate (i.e., job postings), AGA requires additional information.

Use of Information

AGA stores account usage information and certain account establishment information. We agree to disclose such information only to certain authorized third parties in accordance with the terms and user agreement of the website. However, AGA reserves the right to use this information for any reason necessary to operate or administer its service or the website. If we are required by applicable law or regulation or by legal process to make any disclosure otherwise prohibited hereunder, AGA will provide the user with prompt notice of such requirement prior to disclosure. AGA agrees to furnish only that portion of the personal information that, in the advice of our counsel, we are legally compelled to disclose and to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confidential treatment of such information disclosed.

Authorized Party Disclosure

AGA may disclose certain personal information to authorized third persons or entities as necessary for AGA to conduct its placement and payroll services in accordance with the terms and user agreement of the website.
