AUDREY GOLDEN, our president and founder, attended Syracuse University and then Hofstra University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in 1964. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1967 and immediately thereafter began her legal career at a prominent New York law firm.

Early in her legal career, Ms. Golden also established herself successfully as a major player in real estate development and investments, which continues to date. In 1971, she established the legal search firm of Audrey Golden Associates which, owing to her hard work and business sense was a success from its inception. Ms. Golden’s real estate acumen and experience paid an additional dividend when she had the foresight to purchase her firm’s large office space located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, at 633 Third Avenue. Her success has grown over the years and to date the firm employs over 40 highly effective and talented legal recruiters and specialists who follow in her tradition.

Audrey is known throughout the industry as a resourceful recruiter with great integrity, energy and creativity in seeking out excellent legal “matches” in all jurisdictions and practice specialties. Audrey has trained and endowed all of her staff with the character and experience to operate in the same way. She continues to play an active role in AGA handling specific and exclusive high level partner and merger assignments, and in continuing to grow her team to the standards she is known for.
