Amir Aly, like many of the esteemed recruiters at AGA, brings a distinctive skill set that not only resonates with candidates but also guides them toward securing their ideal roles. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Rutgers University and Rutgers University Law School, respectively, and was the recipient of an international law scholarship. While Amir has successfully placed lateral associates, his true expertise lies in non-attorney placements, including roles in Paralegal, HR, IT, Marketing, and administrative positions within law firms.
