Aisha is a Managing Director at Audrey Golden Associates, where she specializes in placing partners, counsel and associates of all levels in top-tier national, international and regional law firms. What sets Aisha apart is her role as a true ambassador for her candidates. Aisha’s strong working relationships allow her to assist candidates in identifying opportunities that are consistent with their personal and professional goals.

Before joining AGA, Aisha worked at another leading international search firm, where she advised attorneys at all levels and across all major practice areas on both law firm and in-house career opportunities.  Aisha earned her law degree at the University of Michigan, where she was the Butch Carpenter Award for Community Leadership recipient, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.

Outside of work, Aisha is an avid Yankees, Michigan Wolverine and NY Jets football fan, loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys traveling the world. She recently graduated to proud ‘college-mom’ status, her favorite and most rewarding role.
