Ron Taupier joins Audrey Golden Associates, Ltd. (“AGA”) as Executive Director and head of the corporate in-house practice group, named AGA In-House. Ron brings 20+ years of experience in the staffing & recruiting industry and has successfully executed search engagements for a variety of Fortune 500 corporations. He earned his MBA with high distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. 

Previously, Ron was the head of a high-performing regional office for a premier legal recruiting firm in the Northeast US. He placed over 100 in-house legal professionals in seven years under his leadership. AGA In-House advises corporations searching for permanent legal talent across a variety of practice areas and geographies. Ron also led a corporate in-house talent attraction team for the world’s largest e-commerce and technology company and held various recruiter leadership roles for a widely recognized global staffing agency. He brings a passion for cultivating meaningful relationships to deliver successful legal placements, and combines the discretion and confidentiality required by both clients and candidates. 

Ron is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and reader, and when not spending time connecting employers to prospective legal candidates, he enjoys vacationing with his two teenage children.
