Permanent Position — New York / New Jersey
Prestigious mid-sized firm with a Biglaw practice is seeking to hire a mid-level to senior-level associate with solid commercial experience on a permanent basis.
Attorney should have 3+ years quality commercial real estate experience from a mid-sized to Biglaw firm. Firm does significant Developer representation as well as a general “dirt law” practice. Prior experience handling sales/acquisition, leasing, drafting of loan documents and sales/purchase agreements. Prior Land Use experience is a major plus!
This firm has locations in both Manhattan as well as Northern New Jersey and will consider candidates for either location, with a preference for their Jersey practice. Please send resume in strict confidence
